2. Booking and Payment

Session dates are secured once a non-refundable deposit is received.

Remaining balances are due as stated in your session agreement or invoice.

Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Pricing is subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will always honor the agreed-upon rate.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refund eligibility follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

4. Image Delivery and Editing

Standard turnaround time for edited photos is typically within 3–6 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Basic editing and color correction are included; advanced retouching may incur additional charges.

We reserve the right to select and edit the final images delivered. Unedited or raw files are not provided under any circumstance.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

All images remain the copyrighted property of Through The Looking Glass Studio.

Clients receive personal use rights for printing, sharing, and displaying their purchased images.

Commercial use (advertising, resale, etc.) requires written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

We reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless the client submits a written request for privacy prior to the session.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the scheduled session.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or poor outcomes resulting from client tardiness or lack of preparation.

For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present during the session.

7. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safety and satisfaction, Through The Looking Glass Studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during sessions, nor for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, acts of nature).

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
All text, images, graphics, and designs on this Site are the intellectual property of Through The Looking Glass Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Terms & Conditions - the basics
Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website.
